Corrosion-resistant zirconia oxygen analyzer for garbage incineration boilers
Incineration power generation is now widespread. However, zirconia analyzers, used to monitor the incineration conditions of garbage, have extremely short lifespans. The main reason is that the composition of garbage is very complex. The flue gas produced after garbage incineration mainly consists of hydrogen chloride, hydrogen fluoride, nitrogen oxides, dioxins, and a series of other toxic and harmful gases. These gases, together with the large amount of water vapor produced during garbage incineration, can seriously damage the sensors in the oxygen probe. Domestic zirconia analyzers can only be used normally in garbage power plants for 3-4 months, and even the longest lifespan does not exceed half a year before they need to be replaced.
