Product Details
Zirconia oxygen analyzer for sintering machine in ironmaking plant, The ironmaking process requires sintering iron ore, and the sintering furnace process is complex. There are two purposes for oxygen measurement: first, to calculate the air leakage of equipment such as ore trolleys and electrostatic precipitators by measuring the oxygen content at various points. Second, to achieve energy saving and emission reduction through circulating flue gas feedback. Therefore, oxygen measurement in the sintering process is very important and a necessary part of the process.

Service life: 1-5 years (depending on actual working conditions)
Flow guide tube length: 500mm 800mm 1000mm 1200mm
(Other specifications can be customized)
Application areas: Various industrial boilers, steel plants, petrochemicals and other industries, direct-insertion high-temperature type, flue gas temperature higher than 700℃, and very little or no dust in the flue gas.
Features: Flue gas does not directly contact the probe, there is no scouring or erosion of the probe, extending its service life.
The zirconia cell is approximately 100mm away from the flue gas, and there is also a filter in between, which can minimize the corrosive effect of the flue gas on the zirconia cell. The flue gas only scours the flow guide tube, and does not reach the probe at all. Even if the flow guide tube is worn through, only the flow guide tube needs to be replaced, and the probe can still be used.
