Parameters of the zirconium oxide analyzer to understand before inquiry and ordering:
Generally, the normal operating conditions for a zirconia analyzer are: the zirconia element is heated to 700℃ and maintained at a constant temperature of 700℃; the flue gas temperature at the installation point must be less than 700℃; and the output voltage must match the resistance of the heating furnace wire.
The flow-type integrated zirconia oxygen analyzer is suitable for flue gas temperatures above 650℃ and flue gas velocities greater than 5M/S. For temperatures between 600-850℃, the guide tube material is 316L; for temperatures between 600-1000℃, it is GH3030.
